Managing Your Total Drive Subscription

You can manage your Total Drive subscription at any time through your online portal.

To view or update your subscription details:

  • Log into your Total Drive account
  • Go to the My Subscriptions section
  • From this page, you can:

    • Download invoices for previous charges

    • Update your payment method

    • Manage billing preferences (including cancellation)

    • View information about any suspended services due to failed renewals

    Each subscription you purchase is managed individually, even if multiple services (such as Total Adblock, TotalAV, or Total VPN) are shown together in your portal. If these subscriptions were purchased using the same email address, they may appear under one unified login for convenience, but each one must be managed separately. Each service linked to your Total Drive account, including add-ons like SafeBrowsing (VPN) or Unlimited Devices, is managed individually and will renew separately unless cancelled. These services are automatically associated with your main account and can be accessed through your online portal.

    NOTE: If your payment method fails, our system may attempt to complete your renewal using secure tokenization and account updater tools provided by your card issuer.
